Phoenix WBC FAQs
There are two ways to register other attendees. The first question on the registration form asks if you are registering yourself, others, or yourself + others. If you would like to only register other attendees and not attend the conference, please select other. If you want to access to the conference, select yourself + others.
If you select either 'others' or 'myself + others,' you will see a new field that allows you to add on registrations. Please select the number of attendees you would like to sponsor to attend. If you have more than 20 guest attendees, please contact us.
During registration, you will need to enter the names and email addresses for your guests. Please have this information ready before you begin.
After your registration form is complete, our team will generate a voucher code for your sponsored attendees. We will then email your guests with the voucher code and instructions on how to register.
Our registration form and other website content is offered in both English in Spanish. However at this time, all of our live and on-demand sessions will only be offered in English. To view our content in Spanish, you will need to change your browser language settings. We're also exploring opportunities to host events in Spanish - if you are interested in Spanish speaking sessions, please let us know by emailing email@example.com.

Phoenix WBC 2021 will be held virtually this year. We encourage you to take advantage of our Attendee Directory, chat rooms, and Facebook page to get to know and connect with other attendees. We also recommend reaching out to your local hospital or support group to gather in-person during the conference!
Our team is looking into opportunities for 2022. When we have more information to share, we will communicate any updates via our monthly newsletter and social media.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Only group registrations can request an invoice. To pay by invoice, you need to first complete a registration form for at least more than one person. When asked for your payment type, please select invoice.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk and promotions (Gmail) folders. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please contact us by emailing email@example.com or calling 800-888-2876.
Please note - Gmail has a variety of inbox categories. To ensure you are receiving and viewing Phoenix Society emails, you can drag and drop one of our emails from Promotions to Primary. After it is dropped, Gmail will ask if you wish to make the change permanent. Click yes to make sure that all future messages will appear in the Primary tab.
