Karma McDonald is a non-denominational ordained minister. She earned a Master's in Healthcare Administration and her Doctorate in Healthcare Administration with an emphasis in Spirituality in Healthcare. In May of 2021, she completed another Master in Theology. Karma worked as a Healthcare Administrator for an Outpatient Medical facility and an Operations Administrator for an Evangelical Church in Northern California.
Prior to the completion of her clinical pastoral residency at Saint Francis Memorial Hospital, she completed an Internship in Chaplaincy at UC Davis and the San Francisco Night Ministry. Karma is pursuing a career as a Chaplain for OnLok and is working towards completing her Board Certification in Chaplaincy with the Association of Professional Chaplains. Karma is passionate about people and creating a calming nurturing pastoral presence with authority and confidence.
