Karen is the creator of the Keep it Real™ Leadership program, where she educates new leaders with limited or no formal leadership training to unleash their self-awareness and celebrate their uniqueness. The program empowers leaders to be bold, competent, and confident. As a burn survivor herself, Karen is an active Phoenix Society volunteer and past board member. Karen’s leadership purpose is: to inspire and teach so that people can dream bigger and see new possibilities.
