The Psychosocial Care of the Burn Survivor

1.  Criteria for successful completion include attendance at the entire individual session, completion/submission of the course evaluation form, and achieving a passing score on a post-test of at least 80%. 
2. No one with the ability to control the content of this activity has a relevant financial relationship with an ineligible company.

The Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors is dedicated to the healthcare professionals serving the burn community.  At the conclusion of the course, please direct all questions for the provider to the Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors at phoenixeducation@phoenix-society.org. A representative will respond to your questions.
